you're right tiggss95, that's why i don't play it...You got to take buses and go long distances to look for your numbers if they haven't sold out and many times if your number is a hot one they ask you to have it with another number... Panama will be much better if it had a Pick3 and you had to match it Straight and it pay 400 dollars and letting people choose their own numbers...But Panamenians don't want to learn...Recently i was told they were planing on putting a Keno here in Panama...JUs

According to my reading on the web I believe a proportional lottery pool would be acceptable to the IRS, but the burden of proof that such an agreement existed prior to the drawing is going to be on the winners.
