There is definitely something strange going on, I hope it's an error. The top prize PDF is strange, it shows Tammy T Smith winning twice, from the same store... but here is where it gets weird, the first time she won she took the annuity on 4/30/2015 and it showed her living at palm beach gardens. Your range is probably more accurate, but with the 2 early prizes found close together, my assumption was that they'd release the 3rd one once 50% of sales were acheived which would be somewhere in the 300's. But now it's getting difficult to find books that low. I was shocked that the places in various parts of the state I went to were all in the 440's. the sheer amount of 1k winners means they will be out at some point in the next month I bet. I used to check the winners claimed and more often than not the bulk of the better 1k and up winners were in the next month following the inital release of the new tickets. there's like 12k 1k winners on the new ticket. pretty good odds to find one I think. who knows maybe not but I'll try lol.
