Been Playing Scratch Offs But Fear I Have Been Throwing Winnings Away...
The codes and winning do not have anything to do with each other in the way you're thinking they do. It's part of an ever changing security measure.
We've been through more than a few in PA...they now use a scan to win box for new instant tickets. They've mostly done away with letter codes,
I like the older ones that are still out there where I can check a code, at least you knew you had a winner by seeing letters: H, T, N, S, X, I, R, E etc.
Losers were: B, K, P, Q and a couple others.

Can prayer affect the outcome of a lottery
gee wiz DD, you are going to bomb all of LP with the bylaws from the brnach davidians?
so you can copy and paste your cults ad lib of the scriptures to show Jesus Christ wasn't God.
big whoop.....all cults have their scriptures put thru their personal washing machine.
sad though, as most people don't have the tools to wade thru cult waters to get to historical Christianity.
I DO, and the bad news is later tonight i will run your wishful thinking back thru the washing machine of consi

A cautionary tail on this day, Tuesday-Scorpio Style
Just back from doing some searching for your posts on the dragonfly. I've read from your prior posts that
double 4's are relevant...specifically 4400/4040. I'm not one to go overboard with excitement but what I
saw this morning should be stirring up a little bit more at least. Sometimes people overlook things as they
happen or dismiss them as unimportant. This morning I was out and got a few instant tickets...the selection
wasn't so hot so I was forced to buy some that I usually do n

Post Your Winning Tickets Here
B$Rizzle, I can relate to this and it's very true. I agree fully with your statement about not chasing wins.
That is the best way to slit your own throat. I think the key is different stores, one or two tickets MAX from
each bin...I play up to 2 on $20's, up to 2 on $10's, go up to 4 on $5's and $2's and $1's at 10 - 20 at a
time. On the $10 tickets, if I find a small winner, typically I'll stay away from buying another of those..if
I find a loser or 2, I'll go back and try one more.

Digit System Filters (Another Angle)
I'm sure everyone is aware that the Base 10 number system used in much of the world today is used arbitrarily. There is no compelling reason to use Base 10, other than the fact that it evolved from our primitive ancestors counting on their fingers and is now so ingrained in our commerce and culture that it would be very difficult to change to another. Here are some links for those interested in reading more on this topic:

Fooled by Randomness
Stack47,
What I don't understand is why when I agreed with you that making the same bet everyday throughout the history of any pick-3 game would be a bad bet, you continue to say I'm wrong.
Obviously, you didn't go back and look, as I suggested. If you had, you would have found that I DID NOT say you were wrong for saying what I just highlighted above in Blue. I said you were wrong about several other things, including how you interpreted the TRUTH of what I highlighted here in Blue.

Fooled by Randomness
(It's really getting annoying to have to keep telling you [and others] that the results I'm reporting here are NOT in support of a betting system that I am proposing, or would ever propose. They are part of a process of understanding LOTTERY SYSTEMS!
The Quest for a Blockbuster System
So, here is our first SYSTEM in the Fooled by Randomness thread!
Your post on August 3 sure looks you either already have a system or you're trying to create one.
If you and RL would stop trying

First Kentucky Lottery drawing machine donated to historical society
The Kentucky Historical Society has taken posession from the Kentucky Lottery Corporation of a unique piece of state history the machine used to conduct the first legal lottery drawing of the 20th century in the Commonwealth.
The Beitel Criterion machine, widely seen on televised drawings, was used for Lotto Kentucky (the first numbers game offered in the state) and Cash 5 drawings from 1989 through 1993. During that time more than $350 million in prizes were awarded through drawings using th
