MM Drawing for Tuesday 01-18-05
Quote: Originally posted by st.germain on January 18, 2005I created a wheel for just this drawing tuesday, without knowing what the jackpot would be. Turns out that the wheel I created is for exactly 130 combinations. That's right, 130 bucks Investment for 130 million dollar return. Good luck on your investment. I may invest in 30 lines.RJOh

PowerBall..01/15/2005
I didn't play any of those numbers because I usually drive to Indiana to get my Powerball tickets and unless its jackpot is over $100M I don't make the trip. With MegaMillions jackpot being $130M and tickets available locally, I'm wasting my money on it. Maybe I can do better than that, I hope.RJOh

Ohio lottery pool lawsuit focuses on time of purchase
Quote: Originally posted by RJOh on January 14, 2005 Quote: Originally posted by fwlawrence on January 14, 2005This is why you should never play in pools (that create the rules after the drawings). A lottery pool should have a written agreement that each member understands and have copies of its tickets available to each member before the drawing.RJOhi agree with both of you. i've tried playing in a pool before in the dorms, and we all had a written agreement concerning payment of prizes over $1

Quote: Originally posted by xavier102772 on January 14, 2005I wonder if anybody has any ideas as to a consistent way to get all 6 winners in a field of 18 out of the 49 numbers in the draw. I'm sure if that was possible only 50% of the time, there would be someone willing to play all 18,564 lines every draw.RJOh

software/freeware for wheelin
If you see/have a lottery wheel you would like to use, you can copy/paste it to Notepad or WordPad (which come free with MS operating systems) and use the replace feature to exchange your numbers for the ones in the wheel.RJOh
