Neither the regional District Offices nor the main headquarters (which is a DO itself) send tickets to retailers. What books they have, they keep and sell themselves. First day release luck today. Played the 2 $1 Red White Blue both lost $3 Let's Win This (Which has decent odds) #099 $5 winner $5 $, no seriously thats what its called lol, #059 $20 winner! The third $10M prize in the Florida cash was won over 2 months ago. The Florida Lotto folks just neglected to update website for that game for two months. The number of million dollar prizes also dropped from 18 to 12. I remember the news release several months ago and noting that they didn't update the website.
