Is the lottery rigged?
Exactly!
More things to worry about than if the lottery is rigged.
So if you have one iota of thought it is, put your money back in your pocket and walk away.
Nobody is forcing you to buy a ticket!
And truthfully, nobody can convince you otherwise if you think it is.

$545 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot rolls a record 37 times
if it disagrees with 87% it's wrong
You did that official crook. You said it was 10%. I always said it was 97% for 590 miliones sold. So what if you are a lottery man? I got no problem with that. Just say the truth. Those figures are not easily available to me and mere mortals. but they are available to you. Nobody here knew that combo was played 500 times before it hit.
And people didnt plAy it any more all of a sudden, haha? I accuse you now of manipulating the drawing. Haha! A combo w

Is the lottery rigged?
As an example, in my state's Pick 4, from 1984 thru today there have been 31 quads. From 1984-1999 there were 7 quads total. 2000-2021 had 24 quads. The only times they drew more than 1 in a year were 2000, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2017 when they had 2 quads each year. About every third or fourth year. But in 2021, from Jan 20 thru Sept 11 we've had 4.
In Pick 3 you expect to see about 16 doubles in a month on average, with a more or less even split. But when you have one month with 14 of them

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Fact:
You have NEVER shown any proof of rigging. Ever. All you do is spout probability math .
Go ahead. Prove it with REAL facts. You can't.
Did you watch the drawing. The winning numbers are the numbers that were drawn.
So, if you really believe it's rigged, then you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer for putting your money in the game.

Tell Lottery Post what you think about scratch-offs! 👀
I've only bought 1 scratch-off ticket once..over 10 yrs ago.. It was a $2. Jumbo somethinother .. they also come in $5. and $20.prices I believe.. but there's Nooo way I'm gonna pay THAT much for an inevitable disappointing thrill... I'm too frugal for that..although I do ask other players I encounter if they ever win anything from the types of scratch-offs they buy.. Most say Yea ..
I won $100., cashed it, and left the store immediately.. never bought another one since..cause THAT'S REALLY G

getting back to an old topic RNG controlled
The only time someone successfully tampered with the lottery balls (which was decades ago in Pennsylvania), they were immediately identified and caught
How quickly would they have been caught if they hadn't bought thousands of tickets? They basically waved a big flag to draw attention to the unusual betting pattern.
In both incidents the problem wasn't with the equipment itself, but with the poor security that let people access the equipment and tamper with it. The computer RNG let Tipt

getting back to an old topic RNG controlled
About your statement, They would need to use a device based on atomic decay or some other random physical process before I would accept that they are random. , don't fall into that trap!
The lotteries generally use very good random number generators these days, many of which use the atomic decay thing. But that's not the point. It's the lotteries' trap to get you arguing about how good the RNG is.
The problem is that it is a computer program, and as we've all witnessed with the biggest lot
