So, the lottery has yet to produce a single Billion Dollar Winner.
I read CA had over 3 million lower level prizes won in the last game, at least I think it was for the last game only.
Since the lowest prize paid is $4.00 then these wins alone are over 12 million. I wish they would release the
total ticket sales. My 2 billion is just a rough estimate for the last drawing because I do not know if the published
wins are overall or just the last game.
New York had 2,033,682 lower level prizes so even using the lowest prize of $4.00 that's over 8 milli

Anonymity for this huge jackpot. Let's settle this right here and now.
Nope, sorry. I don't agree with mandating someone's identity be made public.
The whole situation with Tipton didn't happen because the state was required to release an identity to the public, it happened because the lawyer trying to make the claim was an idiot. The same questions are asked as routine in anonymous and non-anonymous states. The fact that he couldn't provide answers to any of the security questions (over the phone, btw) is what tripped this up. Then when he tried again but with

Last of the California Second Chance Jackpots
The odds keep getting worse and worse for the player with each new game they release. The games have become pretty boring as well. But I see more and more people playing everything calotto offers all the time now. I see people digging out losing tickets regularly (2nd chance).
It's CA. It's a big state with a huge population. Basically a country. Many things that many people want/dream of having are really difficult to obtain nowadays. So now I see all different types of people playing everyt

Why! is Marie Holmes wasting her money, baby I'm here, hehe
Between her boyfriend and the government she's not going to have a single thing left.
When you're poor and stupid and suddenly become rich, it's not only the scam artists you need to watch out for, it's the judicial system. So this guy keeps violating his terms of release and they just keep setting bonds for him instead of locking him up without bond as would be the norm.
Who wants to bet me that they won't keep him without bond until she has nothing left. That's when they'll suddenly dec

Mega Millions Meter Made Moves
Next is an example of Disimulating based on the Standardized Scale.
This will produce fewer selections and in some cases none.
It's because the matching algorithm is working with a wider spread of possible 'To' values.
If you get the zero selections, just enter 0, then 1 again to have the sheet disimulate another set.
We have also set this up so the 0 and 1 are pick at random when you initially use the file.
If you want to let the computer decide 0 or 1, just select any empty cell

N.C. Powerball winner's fiancé jailed for third time this year
Someone want to explain to me how this guy keeps violating the terms of his release but instead of just putting him in jail, where all other violators go, they just keep on increasing how much his bond is set at? Who gets a $3M/$6M bond? What were his bonds before this?
Fine, he's in a relationship with a multi-millionaire, so they might have a point setting the bail high...initially. But then he got arrested AGAIN. Why was he not put in jail? No bond. It's as if they said, we know he's going

Neural Net Lottery Picker
MillionsWanted,
Congratulations with your win!!!
Please tell more about Fixed Seed Input Weights.
Based on the following information I added the fixed seed input weights:
neural networks tend to get stuck in local minima, so it's a good idea to give them many different starting values. You can't do that if they all start at zero. if the neurons start with the same weights, then all the neurons will follow the same gradient, and will always end up doing the same thing as one anothe

Arizona $188.9M Powerball winner claims prize
By Todd Northrop
Arizona Lottery officials say the winner of the $188.9 million Powerball jackpot has come forward to claim the prize from the June 3 drawing.
The Powerball prize money was claimed well within the 180-day time period that is given to the winner to claim the money.
According to an AP report, the winner asked not to be identified, and lottery officials didn't release any details on the person's gender, age or hometown Tuesday.
Earlier this year, state lawmakers overwhel

Good Wins Gatorsrok, sorry you're still down even with getting them.
I did have a question on the Book Serial numbers. You mentioned awhile back that anything before/after 930,000 indicated whether it was part of the original batch or reorders. How many Tickets equal a book number, is it the 40 from the roll and has 100X always had 40 on the roll? And did they start serial numbers at 0,000,001 when the game began? Reason I ask is because 24,000,000 tickets divided by Books of 40 equals 600,00
