After bawdy photos, California Lottery workers demand resignations
So the author of the anonymous letter is not satisfied that there is an ongoing investigation, they want action, and they want it now. Word to the wise: Be prepared for what happens next.
I think it was Floyd who posted that if this party was after hours off property, these partygoers have right too. Just because you did not like what was going on, does not mean you get your wish. This issue stews for two years, and this person or persons cannot let go? That person or persons could also be v

UK National Lottery to increase Lotto game prizes
making every winning ticket more valuable. I hope all this works for Camelot's sake.
I wonder what some famous past winners think about these changes. Like Mark Gardiner, Callie Rogers, Sarah C.,
Camelot has an excellent reputation for helping jackpot winners. The winners are not left out to fend for themselves. Plus the winners can choose to remain anonymous.

California Lottery cancels sales meeting in aftermath of rowdy party photos
Confrontation Clause. The Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him.
I don't believe this is a criminal prosecution case.
However, Attorney General's Office to investigate the anonymous complaint - maybe they can take the them to court? I don't know. Even then, it's not considered a criminal case...
PS. I h

California Lottery cancels sales meeting in aftermath of rowdy party photos
Personally I could care less. Does it affect me?
Not a hypocrite.
Maybe I'm missing something or didn't care to thoroughly comprehend the articles, but has the Whistleblower name ever come up? Anonymous sending of pictures will not hold up in court; you know something called KNOW YOUR ACCUSER as part of the Constitution.

California Lottery cancels sales meeting in aftermath of rowdy party photos
You have got to love the anonymous letter complaint piece.I say if this party bothered the whistle blower/ blowers that much, why not post your name.Get it out there to your fellow co workers that you did not like what was going on. Grow a spine- this is not deep throat.
I bet if this fellow WB is interviewed behind a screen their voice changed, you would probably hear, ! l am a Mother, l have small children ..well guess what, your actions have now put those pictures out there for your childr

California Lottery officials seen in bawdy photos sent to governor
From the OP
Two longtime Lottery employees said they were familiar with the letter's allegations, although they were not at the piano bar. They said the anonymous complaints reflect low morale in the department.
Doesn't look like the people in the photo are displaying any low morale.

California office pool claims $543 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot
You can not remain anonymous in California. The only way would be for only one person to claim and then pay additional gift taxes when he gave the other 10 their cut who would also have to pay taxes - both state federal, on their cut. Insane.
I dont know why the paper didnt publish their names now but I am sure some one will. Regardless, you could probably send an email to the Calif lottery and request the names which must be public by law.
Anyway, if you want to feel like one of the luc

Lead balloon or good idea?
There are states that already allow winners to remain anonymous.
Have you heard of any incidents from any of them for what you mentioned above?
It would be sportin' bloody cricket if naysayers would think before they criticize.

What it's like to tell people they won the lottery for a living
Imagine being on the receiving end stating you won $50 million!
So correct me if I'm wrong, you can stay anonymous and wondering if winnings are tax free?
Talk about a dream job...

Pennsylvania $457 million jackpot winners kept anonymous
I get what you are saying. But in the news story the PA lottery suggested it was the first time they came across a trustee that was adamant about not revealing the actual winner(s) name(s). I don't think any other PA lottery jackpot has been claimed anonymously prior to this. I have played in PA and I called the lottery and asked if I can claim anonymously through a trust, the answer was flat out no...same answer in CT and VA.
I am happy about this turn of events in PA, I will be more inclin
