I haven't seen/used the updated LP mobile app yet but I will soon. I just happened to have upgraded to an iPhone 8 yesterday, so I'm curious to see what the new app looks like on my new phone. I'm the prototypical mobile app user described in the article. I use the app mostly to view results and check my tickets. I'm not big on using the full website on my phone. Smartphones are great, sometimes they come very handy, but nuthin compares with viewing the web on my laptop. G5

Very well written article, to condense 138 pages into this post was monumental. I think it is time to clean house of everyone involved in this. Stuff happens and it is high time responsibility takes some ownership. To me this borders negligence; as if to say 'Let's get this over with (the drawing) and go home.' They were caught red handed and somewhat drastic action needs to be taken to restore faith in what drives the lottery--the players.
