What is Private Mode ??? You can't increase the security settings on IE from med/high to High [I tried this], b/c it disables Java Script. LP needs Java Script and cookies to function properly. Last night, 11/18, I experienced problems posting myself. An internal error page popped up, each time I tried to post. It eventually resolved itself though.

Clarance got away with it due to technicalities. First, the state made an error in calculation. Clarance walked away with a whopping $25,000. The state thought it was in the millions (boy did they look stupid). Second, the state's auditors didn't review enough of his records to substantiate their assumptions (being a 10%-er). Just as a friendly little reminder how absolutely dead wrong I can be, I made an error a little while ago, just a little dumb mistake. But, once I made the mistake and didn't catch it, I went on from there and did a complete workup that generated a really hot number... for last night. WAH! WAH! Oops. It's a good thing I didn't do this same workup last night or I'd have wasted my money on a handful of 449 tickets. Anyway, for today I like x19 Good Lucks!

Okay..so the 364 was certified but the 367 drawn? Maybe someone from SC can step up and explain that? Were 2 numbers drawn? What type of night drawings do you have? So you have to send the ticket in then be taxed on the winnings for a certification error when 367, not 364, was actually drawn from the machine? Thanks.

In Idaho you have to keep all your tickets that you've entered for 2nd chance drawings because you must present the winning ticket/game card in order to claim a prize. I guess to keep people from guessing the sequences used on certain games and entering them. If CA is the same way, I don't see any problem at all entering found tickets in 2nd chance drawings. If CA players don't need to present the winning ticket, then hopefully if you enter one that's already been entered, it will give yo
