I don't see how a vending machine problem is the retailers responsibility. A vending machine is a way for a store o sell tickets and collect the commission without paying an employee. Why shouldn't equipment the store uses to take your money be the store's responsibility? Lottery retailer responsibilities. In the past 25 years I have walked away dozens of times, sometimes for years. At least 10 of those years were off years. It wasn't until a few years ago, when I learned Python, that I got back into the games. I will not say that walking away for awhile is a bad thing. This time in I am 100% engaged because of the coding aspect, but I could easily drop back out at any time and just focus on coding.
