Edge errors usually are caused by the ticket top or bottom edges being misaligned in the machine. I would go back to Publix and speak with the store manager even though some time has passed. Also, contact the lottery (email or phone) and tell them the location of the machine and what happened. These machines store error codes with the time and date they occurred...

That's easy for you to say being a computer genius and all. I have a win 7 (because win 8 won't run some of my 32 bit software) computer sitting next to the desk 4 gigs of memory (7 won't use all of in 32) 2 TB HD I can't bare to tackle the transfer and days of problems that will come with it. The error I mentioned, only get it on LP, wouldn't mention it otherwise. BobP

In Pick 3 are you receiving an error? Select Pick 3 Multi State Data button Long Out Tab You can only select 40 or less states due to memory issues. Is this what you are referring to?
