l don't doubt that it's possible to pull that off at a State level, Tipton showed that it was possible. However attempting to do that with the MM or PB games are virtually impossible. It's like looking for a hen's tooth.

You are correct, they are innocent until proven guilty. Recall that Tipton was denying profusely that he masterminded the trickery, even going so far as say he would be a genius 'to pull it off. He eventually folded the rest is history. These guys could say that they found this ticket on the ground considered it legit. They might just pull it off, l mean if the leader of the free world can talk about Windmills tell Americans they flushing their toilets too many times, anything is possible.

Crime doesn't pay. Loose lips sink ships. That was one of the best stories IMHO on LP since the Tipton articles. Folks thinking their stuff doesn't stink and get away with these crimes.

The lottery has access to every store video of people buying lottery tickets. They know when and where those tickets were sold down to the second, thats how they nailed Tipton. So my question is...Why aren't they trying to locate this person? Fact is, they don't want to.

All these retail stores have cameras. Remember Eddie Tipton? He tried to scam the lottery but got caught from a video of him buying the ticket. You telling me the lottery can't identify the buyer of this ticket given the time and place it was purchased? Fact is, they don't want to find that person. Money goes back to the state.
