We don't really know I suppose. My state used to have live drawings on broadcast t.v. But they moved to online showings. The website claims, Watch live drawings every night of the week!!! However I find that more than just a few nights a weeks, nothing.

Not sure the significance of numbers being broadcast at 10:00 vs. 10:01. The numbers that were drawn at 10:00 would still shown up when you see the video at 10:01, or 11:59 for that matter. An event is an event, the time that it occurs does not matter because the event has happened and is irreversible. Not sure if their contention is for the reason you state in your quote above. Doesn't that WABC online T5 drawing absolutely stink? I remember when Eyewitness News would show the drawing at 11:21 PM during the news broadcast. Then they switched it to online. Talk about awful!! I can recall so many times when the drawing was never shown that I eventually gave up watching it and ABC Eyewitness News. They stink too. Gimme News Channel4's Sibila Vargas anyday! Sooner or later the terrorists will start kidnaping winners for ransom and homeland security will probably tell the relatives not to pay it. Anonymity should be required. edessaknight, Back when it was West coast A.M. and Bell hosted it the broadcast was done at KDWN on the mezzanine of the (then) Union Plaza. A few times when I got an early out and he wasn't on the air yet I got to go up and talk to him. He said he loved his job but the clock was still an adversary, but not in the sense of watching the clock but he still had so many things left to talk about but time ran out.
