How Astronomical Is It To Get The Number Right In Each Column?
Column 1 and 5 (or 6 if it's a P6) are the most important columns, IMO.
Once those two columns are locked in, its puts a cap on the middling numbers and help reduce the odds to pin the right number down from the 2 to 4 columns (or 5, if a P6 game).
I want to add further details here but that would be giving away valuable info of my system. Kudos for getting this much info out of me though.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
MM was unlucky in that, for their highest jackpot annuity win of $980 million, there was an 8% chance someone would win (based on number of tickets sold since the previous drawing), and someone did win.
The same thing happened in the two previous jackpot wins since the rule change, and MM was even more unlucky in that they sold fewer tickets and someone won it.
With slow ticket sales and outrageous odds of winning, on average the number of rollovers will be much higher.

$1.7 BILLION: Will Powerball create a Christmas billionaire?
You're both too old to be passing on any drawing
I'd agree if I was stupid enough to have no clue about the odds, or math in general.
In fact it would be much easier to deal with.
I'd agree if I was stupid enough to think that writing an extra zero every now and then was a burden.

Welcome to my world. Any time you start looking for a pair of straight numbers, like 749125, you are looking at one million to one against. We already have the 749, so the odds against getting 749125 become 3 orders of magnitude better at only one thousand to one against. Stranger things than that happen all the time, so maybe tonight is the night!
Good Luck!
Either way, I wish you Happy Holidays!

You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
Your List appears to be beating the odds.
You're a smart man to see that!
Those lists are just samples of the power of lotterology.

my idea for a multi-state lottery
For the 6 of 50 prize structure, those prizes add up to $1.08, so not possible on a $1 ticket.
The way to calculate this is to take the prize amount divided by n (odds being 1 in n ) and add them up. Then add 10 cents for the progressive feature. This is the value of a $1 ticket. It needs to be at least 50 cents but not too high or the lottery won't make any money (good for the players but the states/MUSL won't adopt it).
To calculate the RTP of a $5 wager (buy 5, get one free), take the

Thanks, nothings ever perfect when it comes to Pick games.
I do increase the odds sometimes in my favor, been good to me so far.
I can honestly say, I'm still in the black for the year.

Two Illinois friends prove coworkers wrong after splitting $350,000 Lucky Day Lotto jackpot
You're never going to win. Naysayers eat their words
By Kate Northrop
A pair of friends didn't let the doubt from their coworkers stop them from giving up hope for a big lottery win, and their perseverance paid off to the tune of a $350,000 Lucky Day Lotto jackpot.
Two coworkers didn't let the other employees at work phase them with their low expectations for winning the lottery, and their choice to ignore the naysayers eventually landed them a $350,000 Lucky Day Lotto win.

Yes, I remember way too well, and even at that time you were telling me how that crap had happened to you previously when you were traveling back forth from NY MI.
Your thing is not only do you try swinging for the fences, you go all out SWINGING TO DAAAMN PLUTO!!! lol
You put $25 on each of those 4 numbers and I get you want that bigass payout, but by spreading out your bets with a lower amount of wagers will only help increase your odds of getting that hit.
Put like $15 on each of

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
This thread is anti-MM and has been from the very beginning. The first post reads:
I've stopped playing Mega Millions completely.
The automagic multiplier does not impress.
The odds are a mess.
I'll play the others for less.
