Theyre both up there...Wouldnt it be cool if someone hit both??
I wonder what you'd do with yourself if the double winner wasn't from CA, NY, NJ or FL. I mean if the huge winner was from Kentucky or Georgia or Illinois or Massachusetts or Washington or Arizona, what would you do? Would you then say that the new winning state was in on the scam or that CA was just letting them win to take the heat off of them. It's usually one or the other, isn't it?
It's never that there isn't a scam, just that the scam changed. A few years ago I heard the exact same the

Is it a scam by a lottery to end the game when half of the top prize still available?
The NY lottery retires games that have half of top prizes available, but majority of non winning tickets sold. If you check the Lottery's website top prizes page, you will see that they retired many games that had many top prizes left. Examples are $10 Three Million scratch ticket as well as $5 dollar Happy mother's day tickets, etc.
Do you think it is a scam?

8 lottery scam suspects arrested in Jamaica
Eight people accused of defrauding U.S. citizens through a multinational lottery scam were arrested during raids of several homes on a single street in Jamaica's capital, police announced Thursday.
A police statement said officers detained six males and two females during the Wednesday night operation in Havendale, a middle-class community at the foot of the mountains that tower above Kingston. They also seized nearly $150,000 in cash, jewelry, eight flat-screen television sets and five cars,

N.Y. man lost $100,000 in lottery scam
I started saving all the scam spam I get the first of the year just to see how many. Right now it's 60 counting the widows and children with a husband or father who was the financial minister of an African country that died in very strange accidents. I sort of can understand how someone could believe they won an email lottery, but who in the right mind would send money for various things when it could be deducted from the winnings.
Most but not all victims are elderly, the obvious prey and I

Creating a lottery e-book that doesn't look like a scam, and is USEFUL.
Just because you've never done something doesn't mean you don't know how it could be done, or can't explain how to do it.
Whether an author or vendor of some other product is winning is immaterial. There's plenty of advice about playing the lottery that's useful. Marketing information about playing the lottery only becomes a scam if the material or the marketing is misleading. Even at that, it may be a shoddy, but legitimate product if the material is misleading, but it isn't intentionally mi

Lottery retailers busted in raid
Seems like once every other month we get a story like this on the CA Lottery website, I've always enjoyed them, but it kind of shocks me that EVERY time they do this sting, they are busting multiple people for these crimes.
If I have a winner, I check the CA lottery website see its value, sign my ticket, and prior to handing the ticket to the clerk, I ask them if they can cash my ticket for its winning value. Some places won't cash tickets for $400 or $500 dollars because they don't have the

Devil's Advocate Mode - Foreign Lottery Scams.
Good advice. However, a lottery is not always a scam by nature.
Lotteries are not scam , it's the third parties who sell their tickets that may be running a scam. Most will post on their websites that they are not officially connected with any lottery and are buying tickets for their customers as a service for which they charge. Some will even state up front that they are running their own game and only use the results of the official games to pay their customers. If they are simulating a jac

Syndicate
If you think government run lotteries are the biggest scam ever introduced, which lottery does your syndicate play? Or does it play a lottery at all? I know one thing for sure you didn't win 40G playing a lottery you believe to be a big scam.
If you believe the government is running a scam, why would you trust a syndicate sanctioned by a government commission. The only thing you've said so far that makes an sense is that this forum is proof that a lot of people are trying to win a lottery

Found <edit> System
I do not know what happened to my last post, asking if anybody knew about this system. o well they must have deleted it ?
Well anyways, I did get some replys from members that said to punch in <edit> in big daddy search engine. Yep it came up and I checked it out( I bought it ). it seems that who ever came up with this system, did a good job. I can see it will definitely increase your odds of winning, by how much I will find out in the next few weeks of using it.
I heard that this sy

Powerball (moneyball) or Powerplay
Millions? more are losers. There are at least twenty losers for every winner, if the winners are having a good draw! Some one is paying for the amount dished out, and it is NOT the state or the Lottery Director! They are making a H-U-G-E profit on 10X and Powerplay. From people who spend their money on it. The 10X and Powerplay only work when you win. How many have played 10X and how many have won? It is a gimmick to get YOU to spend more money, thus increasing the Lottery Directors Bonus
