I'm 40 years old, in good health, and I don't know if I'll be around in 20 years. I just witnessed a 39 year old friend die of cancer. You never know.She should have been able to get the lump sum, but then everyone should be able to. The money is there - they can hand it to a banker to dole out over 20 years or they can hand it to the winner.
