The PB Winner came forwad
First off congrats to her :]
But.... In my opinion she definitely should not have come forward so soon. Also Mass let's you claim through a trust to help remain anonymous, to me that would have been the smartest move.
Good luck to all :]

Anyone else hate that some states won't let winners remain anonymous?
You and your fellow South Carolinians are very fortunate that your state allows you to claim lottery prizes with a trust and remain anonymous. I wish it were that way in the state where I now reside. That being said, you can claim the prize with a trust in any state, and that should be a major consideration for anyone, no matter if your state allows you to keep your name out of the picture or not. Asset protection will stave off 99.9999% of all hostile advances on YOUR money.
And lastly, go h

$650 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot skyrockets
I'm glad my state let's me remain anonymous but the thing is YouTube would pay him pennies on what he's earning on the money anyway so why bother?
Why bother? Pennies? How about $10 million + yearly for doing something he loves. He would have unlimited resources to hire people and the subject of the videos I assume will be fancy cars, rich lifestyle, money and similar stuff, so in that case, he'd in the highest bracket of the Youtube Partner program. I'm excluding product

New P3 Program - bestBoxedP3
Hi Jayemmar,
Please update the folder with the latest file and then set share option to read only. Please see few of the discussions above - we(anonymous people) are able to update/delete content because the folder/files are shared as read/write instead of read.
Thanks for sharing your tool.

Powerball lottery heats up with new jackpot of $375 million
I honestly don't see why they wouldn't merge, little by little they are becoming the same game.
First PB became more expensive but had better odds, now MM is getting as expensive and even harder to win, what is the point?
Ohio, lucky! They allow anonymous claims.

Meet the NYC men who won the lottery hundreds of times and collected millions
If their names are disclosed and somebody looks into it for a story that's a completely different angle.
Did I skip over the part were it said they got the names via FOIAs?
If you claim anonymously and your jealous neighbor finds out and takes out an ad in the paper exposing you there's nothing you can do.
Nobody said names cannot be found. In anonymous states FOIAs won't reveal the winner's identity. You are moving the goal posts here.

Creating a trust or LLC to claim lottery winnings
Some state lottery laws do not include entities under the definition of a person. -Artist77
The above is what confuses the living hell out the masses to no end. Legal entities........The min we start talking about them people lose force.
It works THE OTHER WAY in the state's favor even when it's allowed.
TN lottery deceptive behavior is a great example of this. They put on their website no one allowed to claim anonymously. It's a public record
Will always give out names, etc.

Bushels of Mail...
Looked up the stories on some of these past lottery winners. One complained that there were bushels of mail at the post office for him from people asking for $$$. They knew his name and his town and that is all it takes to send mail to you. I vaguely remember one of the billion dollar jackpot winners also mentioning receiving bushels of mail.
As big a pain in the butt it would be, I wd probably want to scan the letters to see if there is somebody who truly does need help. Or, maybe I would h

Indiana Powerball winner claims $435 million jackpot anonymously
I agree with Artist, I can think of a dozen middle aged men that are Purdue graduates that are working in an industrial field. This is Indiana! And since many of the engineers make a very good living unless he pulls up in a Lamborghini it is a safe bet they won't think of him as a lottery winner.
I think he did well covering his tracks as Indiana is NOT an anonymous state. If he has a good LLC he should at least be able to stay undercover.
Congratulations to my fellow Hoosier!
