Yadda, yadda, yadda, but still no explanation of how your theories prevent any three digit number from being drawn. Just a simple suggestion; if you don't like the process your state lottery uses, stop complaining and whining about it and stop playing their games. A person on LP already posted straight from Florida's pre test and post test protocols and it's ridiculous. Lots of LP members create conspiracy theories and make all sorts of claims about how the games they play are rigged.
