Hi Todd, I am gad you posted I never saw the petition for true lottery drawings before. I think with the lottery scandal that is sure to bust open the lottery( referring to the article I read about on lottery post the guy who rigged the lottery). yep, lottery industry cheating is a concern. on large scale combinations it may be easy, but down at these small scale numbers, 0 - 9, it's a little harder to hide. we suspect if there is some cheat built in, the MN Lottery will either change it or they will just eliminate first digit betting altogether. kind of brings up images of a shady backroom gambling place and the roulette wheel is rigged; the guy presses the button under the table just as the ball is falling into your winning sl

I have always believed that the Lottery if fixed to a degree. Not that they know who will win but which City or Sate will win the Jackpot. I believe that is where these guys got the idea from, they just had to make a few adjustments in order to make the winning ticket print where and when they wanted it to be printed. Haven't done anything since 606.......Just found out after 7 pick 4 hit in a row, except for 1 number off, that you could play 1 off for pick 4...That's was nice for someone to tell me at this late date ! I may return to pick 4 again at it seems for me much easier than this pick 3 even though it is really much harder.....Anyway, glad people hit today. To HOT for me to get out but I love Vergie's 332 and 223 and play them a whole lot......May have played them today , may not have. I like to play

As for me personally, I believe the 44 sets of 5 duplicate numbers are legit. Even though video tapes of any drawing prior to August 2007 are not available, remember just as Gretchen Dizer says just before the numbers are drawn, that the drawing is being observed by an independent auditor. The NY Lottery used to use KPMG as their auditor, but now it's Mercadien PC . KPMG is/was part of Peat Marwick, which was/is a third party auditing firm that verifies any business's financial books.
