Hi Haymaker, I guess you're right but it shouldn't be that way in this case. The Freedom of Information act applies to all states but Delaware won't release the names after one year due to the safety and privacy of the winners. Other than that, there is no good reason to let the names and identities of the winners out into the public domain. If I win, I shouldn't have to move or hide to protect myself and my family.
