RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
RL, Steve- Thanks for the hard work and this great program. I was one of the lucky few who got to download the software and I'm having a good time experimenting with it. Pretty impressive! Especially, the RLP program. So I guess my question is to RL, Winsome, or Adamcustom (or anyone else that might know)-
I understand lexographic position, but what exactly am I looking at from the RLP results? As adamcustom wrote, it's frighteningly accurate. I'd like to filter these down some more of course

Can a non-profit Org. cash a JP ticket and NOT pay taxes?
Ronnie316,
A lot of people followed this fellow's advice- and wound up just like he did:
From Wikipedia, one source of many:
Irwin A. Schiff(born in February 24, 1928) is a prominent figure in the United States tax protester movement. Schiff is known for writing and promoting literature that claims the United States income tax is applied incorrectly. He has lost several civil cases against the federal government and has a record of multiple convictions for various federal tax crimes. Sc

I am getting ready to release a new version of Digit Master some time in the next few weeks.
It's for the big games power ball and mega millions and I won't be including any smaller games
but other than that is is a full working version and it's free. I added a few features like the ability
to update the database from the web and a few other things. It is finished except for the help
file. I will most likely make a couple instruction videos that can be downloaded whic

THE TREE OF LIFE
2012 teaches us that once you focus on what you fear most, you are set free.
With flowers in bloom everywhere in the Northern
Hemisphere, rebirth and adventure is in the air. Spring
allows us to experience the myriad beauty of nature by
reveling in the rebirth of flowers, plants and trees.
Spring symbolizes new beginnings and Autumn symbolizes

MD Lottery: winner has not come forward yet
Press Release
Rumors may be swirling, but the lucky Maryland winner who shares in Friday evening's record-breaking $656 million Mega Millions jackpot has not yet come forward.
Despite numerous rumors to the contrary, no one has come in to claim the prize, said Maryland Lottery Director Stephen Martino. We will announce when we have a confirmed winner.
The Lottery urges the ticket holder, who has 182 days from the drawing date to claim, to sign the back of his/her ticket, keep it in a

$290 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot rolls again
Looks like it is kinda complicated in California. Yes, if you sign the back of your ticket, your name may and most likely will be released. But here is what I found on Lottery Post:
If you want to claim your ticket anonymously, you must do the following:
* Call the CA state lottery office and tell them you would like to claim anonymously
* The legal division will review your request and they decide if they will accept your LLC, Trust, Blind Trust, Partnership (which means you would

$14.3 million Hot Lotto prize claim withdrawn
I'm certain that this is the case. I thought about all the reasons possible for why somebody with the actual verified winning ticket would just drop their claim and this one seemed to be the most valid. Here in Florida when you bring in tickets for the person at the counter to check they insert it into their terminal if it's not a winner it prints it in big bold letters across 3/4 of the ticket NOT A WINNER and if it was a winner it comes out with nothing and the ticket printer which is a small

Newbie with a few questions...
I will say CONGRATULATIONS! because even though you didnt profit, you didnt too bad either, comparitively speaking.
For one thing you are in the best state for scratch-offs, IMHO. I live in TN but always play in GA when passing through (even hit a JUMBO on Jingle Jumbo Bucks last month when coming back from SC).
I have always heard the avg return is 60% on a roll of tickets, so for 73% doesnt seem too bad.
You've actually got me thinking maybe if/when I do bite the bullet and purchase m

Are pre-draws corrupting your lottery strategy ?
Yes Guru101, this is my belief as well.
In reading this thread it has led me to look at another aspect of the predraws.
In the matter of the predraws, are the predraws drawn in the same manner in which the official draws are made? Meaning, the amount of time given before, during after each ball is drawn. In the televised segment there is only so much time, a limited time frame given to make the actual draw.
However in the predraw phase is the timing the same as in the draw for the offic
