why do black americans rarely win big jackpots
FOR every black winner i could find 3 non black winners, look at the show how the lottery changed my life.
According to the 2010 census, Black Americans are 12.6% of the U.S. population. If your statistics, one out of every four jackpot winners is Black is correct, 25% of the jackpot winners are Black. That means twice as many Black Americans are winning jackpots based on their population percentage. If your statistics are correct, Black Americans are purchasing on average twice as many jac

1-2-3-4 Drawing in Washington Match 4
How do you know that? Just because the numbers are sequential, doesn't mean the machine is rigged. Each combination has equal odds. The odds of having the numbers 1 2 3 4 are just as likely as 8 13 19 24.
This is not the fist time that numbers from a lottery came up sequentially. Just earlier this year on January 13, my own state has sequential numbers 16 17 18 19 20. There are 29 winners. Fortunately for the lottery, the prizes are shared and each winner only got less than 2,000 dollars.

Dr is a nice lady and I think you might have misunderstood her.
She wasn't crying about anything but rather responding to someone who was.
When she said lucky (unlucky) sucker she meant a person who gets lucky and wins after thinking he was unlucky cuz he lost so much previously, as we all do.
And she advised staying the course with just one ticket if he felt a bigger outlay was just untenable for him.
And let's face it, anybody who goes into a rage and claims the game is rigged if h

Can the MM/PB bouncing balls be rigged?
The draw would have to stand.
And actually, all the other players did nothing wrong, they matched the drawn numbers to various degrees, and would keep their prizes. The lottery would not be out any more money than they would be with a fair draw, so they are covered. That number, even if rigged, is the same as any other number to the rest of the players.
For the perps though, that's a different story. They were betting with inside information and committing fraud. Their monies would be purs

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Yeah, RJOh sure knows when to Take the money and run. It's amazing the boost your stats get when you have a $5000 hit in one month with an $80 outlay. Now, if RJOh is smart, he'll stop posting for the rest of the year.
To be rated on the prediction board you has to posted predictions in the previous six months. Some have accused me of only posting 10 lines per game to rig the results and now you try to say there's something shady about matching 5of6 in 8 drawings playing only 10 lines.

Its easy just play the same combination back too make the cheating lottery
stop bringing 2 numbers back every drawing.
I think a part of every1 knows the lotteries cheat its just accepting the fact
that its reality is whats so hard.

Test Drawings
I'm not sure how exactly they do pre-tests, but I think I have answers to some of your questions, or at least it might make things slightly clearer.
There's no way they can know whether it really was random or not 100% of the time. In fact, it could be that the balls that they end up using were
actually rigged, but somehow randomly came up random during the pre-tests.
But, if you have any knowledge of calculus, I suggest you search up something call confidence intervals , the

Mathematics and the Lottery
Throw a dice six times. According to equilibrum every number appears 1 time.
How many times do you have to throw to get six different numbers in a row?
Losing at this game means losing at a rigged game as the organizer keeps money of the pot and the state (the other pimp) does the same. The state is the triple pimp. You use taxed money to play. The payout is taxed. You can only buy services and things that get taxed.
Staying on one bet still makes you loose by averages.
