I'm no marketing man that's for sure, but obviously state lotteries around the country are very sophisticated and understand what they're doing one helluva lot better than the lottery playing public does. Couldn't agree more if I had to. The thing I can't understand is how did The Florida Lottery benefit from adding a midday drawing? They said they were doing it for the players, but that's pure BS. No business does anything without something in it for themselves. I seriously doubt they saw an uptick in the amount of money they were taking in by adding the midday drawing.
