Powerball won in Oregon.
Does 2 in the last 4 years count as many ? Since January 1, 2003 there has been one other winner in Oregon, in October 2005. Since then there have been 3 winners in Missouri (two of them over $100 million cash), and 2 each from Arizona and Iowa ($95 million and a piddling $54 million). Since 1/1/2003 Pennsylvania has the record with 8 winners, half of them for more than $60 million cash.

show a system that 2 numbers that will not come in next draw
Well you've proven what I expected from your eyeball test, most states having a losing record. So, it's probably a good idea to identify what patterns made Kentucky and Maryland work and only play this strategy when a state's game is in those pattern cycles

I wonder if the Powerball will reach epic proportions?
You would have to have statistics on total sales vs. MM. One major thing holding back Powerball is the rolldown feature that kicks in. If it got to the triggering level (its previous record) it would need at least 2 more rollovers to overtake the last Mega. I predict a winner tonight in West Virginia, and the bonus ball to be 01 and one of the white balls to be 26.

MM jumps to $19 million
The annuity is not a record, but the cash value is. The $20 million annuity was only worth $11.2 million cash, while the current $19 million annuity is $11.3 million cash.

Can you claim a Mega Millions Jackpot Annonymously in New Jersey?
I'm curious to know the answer to this. I bet the co-winner of the record breaker will do just that. I know I would.

How High Will You Go?
MM will be the first to $500 million. Powerball might be able to make it, but not in the next couple of years. The reason why Powerball wont make it to $500 million anytime soon is the cap rule. They will need 3 or more record jackpot runs before it makes it to $500 million.

Georgia Trucker Claims Half of Record $390 Million Lottery Jackpot
A truck driver from northwest Georgia came forward Wednesday afternoon to claim half of the record $390 million Mega Millions jackpot, the richest lottery prize in U.S. history. Ed Nabors of Rocky Face, about 90 miles north of Atlanta, was the first person to step forward and claim part of the jackpot from Tuesday night's drawing. Nabors told reporters gathered at Atlanta lottery headquarters that he is still numb. He bought the ticket at Favorite Market in Dalton. Because he took

MM jackpot turns out to be $390m
Right. If the final total for the drawing is $360m, then the next draw will cap the jackpot at $390m (25m above the record), and any additional funds that would have gone to the jackpot will go to the next highest prize level in which there is a winner, which will almost certainly be 5+0.

MM jackpot turns out to be $390m
Powerball will have a tough time reclaiming sole possession of the record. Unless of course they get lucky and a jackpot rolls over at about $370m, and then the cap goes into effect at $395m.
