Doesn't NJ use ticket scanners to see if the tickets are winners? According to this article in CNN Money, About $2 billion in lottery prizes go unclaimed every year. Thank you for your help! I figure out finally. it was a memory issue. I did not have enough memory or something. After I removed another program and free up some space I was able to download the program. Do you know any other resources , posts may be here or somewhere else to understand better neural networks? I know just a little about it, but red somewhere while ago that someone used for lottery very successful, but couldn't find this article anymore.. Thanks!

I don't play the two Illinois on-line games that I used to play nearly as much since the RNG change ... it's hard to trust, since yet another security or employee has rigged multiple drawings in multiple states thanks to their friends and relatives assistance! Besides, I think it would be good to see the 3 part-time, friendly and encouraging game's ball drawers return! Theirs wasn't an extravagant salary anyhow. Lastly, I did find this article exciting!

I keep increasing my bets on it. lol I was doing some research on it also and noticed that even the times it doesn't show by Easter, it does come by June. I am hoping it comes soon though! Well, for what it's worth, the place mentioned in the article is still up and running. I think the U.S. should allow across the board gambling, especially numbers, and collect a 5% tax on purchases, I wouldn't mind. I do mind however, paying 20% tax on a $5,000 winner in NY I mean after all, I'm sure all winners who use offshore sites claim taxes... right...???
