As technology and software progress....
Hi BobP,
i follow you with what you write.
I don't know if it's accurate enough, but here is something i read not to long ago, and from my point of view this comes very close to what it really comes down to:

No one really needs any lottery software,
anyone can make their own wheels, use filters, calculate statistics, find out what states had 3 doubles in a row (talking pick3 here), what states had no double in for example 15 draws, find the hitting hi

I won 2,000,000.00 Euros
I get a lot of Nigerian offers in Email asking me to collect my portion or fee for putting funds in my name, and giving the person their share. I know that's a scam, but this one caught my eye. It has an agent's name to contact, phone number, fax number, address, ref# and batch #s that I deleted out, just in case this is for real, and they didn't ask for info on my bank account.
But a red flag went up when I thought that if I really won, wouldn't I get a certified letter in the mail? Who kno

N.C. Lottery prohibits illegal aliens from collecting big prizes
The estimated 390,000 illegal aliens in North Carolina are welcome to spend money on the state's new lottery, but they may not be allowed to collect.
Lottery officials said state law does not prohibit illegal aliens from collecting a prize, but the lottery's claim policies may effectively bar them from getting the money.
N.C. lottery rules require a winner of $600 or more to claim their prize at a lottery office, showing a photo identification and proof of a Social Security number. If the

Woman 'hiding lottery win from husband'

When we sit and see a person do something and then judge it to be unworthy we are fooling ourselves for we do not know the reason and that person may bring great healing and stand blessed by the light of God.
Clairvoyance I admire the way you don't give up and bring forth the truth. I give up sometimes and don't waste my time on certain people. But you'll never know maybe someth

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 14th Edition
If you want to win more than you lose from predicting the lottery then play like an investor instead of a gambler.
How? How exactly do I play the lottery like an investor instead of a gambler?
Well let's explore that question shall we.
The fi rst thing to address is what I identify as Step 1 .
Step 1 = Master a profitable strategy.
There is no way around creating your own strategy that you've mastered or playing the strategy of that someone else has mastered. To consider

'You assume all the money noise stops when you finally have it'
What would you do if you suddenly came into a large amount of money? Would you upgrade your home and invest the rest, putting just a little aside to build a shelter for orphaned orang-utans, just as you once said you would? Actually, you're far more likely to drive a succession of sports cars into swimming pools a visual representation of the proverbial car crash your life is likely to become as you fritter away your cash bonanza.
A study at Vanderbilt University in the US found that lottery

The women who win hundreds of sweepstakes per year
A word of warning. A lot of sweepstakes are conducted by charities looking for a donation. Most of them ask for as little as $7 or $10. But once you enter a few, you will be put on a mailing list and will be bombarded with sweepstakes entries. Don't be surprised to get 30 or more a week in your mail box. A lot of them are scams. Look at the official rules to see who is sponsoring the sweepstakes.
Here is a list of the 50 worst charities. What makes them the worst is how little money actually

Massachusetts Lottery winners increasingly opting to stay anonymous
Some people can't believe David Spillane's luck when it comes to the state lottery.
People come up to me and say congratulations. How come you win over and over? Spillane, a lawyer from Hanover, said in a recent interview.
Five times since Jan. 1, Spillane has gone to Massachusetts State Lottery headquarters in Braintree to claim a winning ticket. The total windfall to date is $6 million.
Each time, the state Lottery has distributed to the press and posted on its website the standard g

Lottery winner recounts harassment after claiming prize
The shock of winning $21.4 million in a lottery was nothing compared to the jolts Craig Henshaw felt later.
They were not pleasant.
The story of Craig Henshaw, multi-millionaire, began one day last September when Craig Henshaw, high school teacher, went digging through his pockets for the $35 he had left to pay for some groceries. He had just enough cash to get him through the rest of the week, before the first paycheck of the new school year would come through.
He handed over the cash,
