Can a NYC resident remain anonymous from the public??
Hey everyone! I'm a newbie here but a long time lurker. I've a few questions to ask about public anonymity. As a NYC resident, I have yet to hear of an anonymous NY winner. A friend recently said that to me ( trend is your friend ) but I'd still have to play a lot of numbers that follow it. One week just about every draw in FL had 3 consecutive numbers.
