Well I had one number on the bottom line of ticket tonight for Oregon Megabucks and the jackpot rolled to $3.5 million annuity and $1.75 million cash option for Wednesday March 24th 2021. I sometimes think why even play if I am going to lose money I might as well play for bigger jackpots like mega millions and powerball.-weshar75

Not sure larger jackpots would help. I am losing confidence in the trustworthiness of the Powerball. I bought tickets for the drawing tonight and the PB number was 2; many of my PB numbers were either 1,3 or 4 and i made a few tickets with the PB number 2 before the drawing because it was obviously missing and it comes up. This has happened many times before and i'm thinking this is not a coincidence. What say you.

The odds on the new $30 GR Supreme is outlandish. Only four jackpots, really? There should be at least six. So to give each section in Florida a chance to score a jackpot. I also wish the 2nd tier prize was 2M so you could clear a million cash after it's all said and done. Fastest Road appears to be the better bet.

I would agree that the lotteries need to start addressing this issue. There should be some kind of firm date or milestone that will trigger the restoration of the $40 million starting jackpots. Seems to me that sales are pretty much back to normal.

I forgot about that! I believe they crapified the retailer compensation when they crapified the starting Jackpots. It hasn't come up until now.

I don't think they'll be changing MM/PB matrices anytime soon. However, I have heard that the latter is considering increasing the frequency of drawings. The pandemic made it harder to forecast sales over longer periods, so decreasing the time between draws would make it easier to set jackpots. Just a rumor of course, but apparently some lotteries are making subtle changes to their rules to accommodate such a change.

Huge jackpots isn't a determining factor as to how many winners there should be, granted it would be nice if 4 or 5 winning tickets were sold. In the past, large pools have been the recipient of solo ticket winners.

I think like $30 on mega and power combined and not winning very much so for this billion dollar jackpot I spent $6 on two $3 tickets and that is it. My thoughts exactly. Whether you love California or hate it, or want to call it derogatory names- CA along with the other States make it possible to have huge jackpots. Huge populations, lots of lottery players attempting the almost impossible. Be grateful for those States.
