How many pre-test draws are normal?
This is something I have wondered myself. It may sound paranoid, but is there any real way to prove that nothing is being rigged at all in these games?
I mean, how could any of us truly be able to know whether or not our local state lotteries have computers setup that they turn to before each drawing, which comb through all the combinations purchased, and then display the combinations that were purchased the least, which ones weren't purchased at all, or better yet...determine the winning co

Hi Bird,
I apologize for addressing the wrong individual for this particular post. I was feeling frustrated because i had been trying to keep what i thought was good examples of possible numbers that might follow if a certain set of numbers come out. Well it just so happen that i didn't follow up on 925 for the night drawing and hence the anger. Although i am new to this post i have been watching how the numbers are falling in Maryland and DC. I really think that these machines are rigged, or

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 10/31
What no responce from Scorpio..??
Well, this is an outrage, nobody from Pennsylvania won. The Powerball must be rigged. They don't sell enough tickets to win as many times as they have. Wow, 5 winners and not one from PA. somethings amiss.
Only goes to show you it's definately random right Scorpio. ? Geez a State such as Kansas winning over Pennsylvania. Wonder how many tickets were sold in comparison?
Any bets as to which State will be the next topic under Scrpio's scrutiny....!

Pick A Pair
Thanks tarheelnc . Yes have several states that I follow that works and there are times now then the lights shines bright and I will post my finding. I notice when I'm playing close attention I can key in on one number and get a hit. Like the 981 and (751 didn't post because it was in Sunday set that I was following)that fell. Observation is the key to winning. I look for the unusual occurances that leds to new ways to look at what will fall the next day. Haven't master the specific states becau

Mega Million Is Rigged! I Proved It!
Why not petition to have the entire drawing televised = which means that they pick the first 5 white balls and then the 1 mega ball.
THEN, have the machine spit out each of the other balls just so people could see that actually all of the balls were in the machine - That way people would believe that it was not set up and the machine actually had all of the balls in the machine at time of draw.
Simple solution and it takes an additional minute at time of draw.
If they have nothing to h

I just played my first Pick 3
You know the saying, Fair is fair! .
I just spent time reading about the Indiana Lottery and have decided to not play and/or track this state.
It receives an F grade here at LP and I get the feeling that the game is rigged. I'm a programmer and I am not surprised at all about this.
Illinois is just an hour and a half away so I may switch to their Pick 3.
I wish there was a way to play online so I won't have to make the road trips.

21 Combinations
Well, I'm not the one claiming that 'lottery is rigged' thus I don't have to offer a theory to that end .... the onus is on you to prove your theory of a world-wide lottery conspiracy. So far you have not posted anything that could be even remotely considered proof, it's all been speculation.
Further, among other things, it's blanket statements like this one: what makes GTECH the big boss or the backbone of the lottery worldwide which just don't cut the mustard. For example, GTECH provides no

TEST DRAW insider info for new Powerball. 17 & 7 are ON FIRE.
No, that's not what I said. I never said the game was rigged.
I said that those numbers were hitting too much for it to be standard coincidence.
The ball machine is not a truly random system. There does not currently exist ANY way to randomly generate a number on earth, not a true random one.
So the ball machine follows certain rules and patterns, no matter how honest they try to make the lottery.
And I'm telling you that the machine is not doing a great job of mixing the balls up, b

Texas Lottery confirms that Quick Picks are not generated by "central computer"
This is what I was driving at. You nailed it LottoL!
I don't care about the Rng's. They are only a means to an end.
Ball drawings can be manipulated as well, too. Remember the Hoosier lotto? And I hate to be sinister here, but the world isn't exactly filled with saints these days.
I guess it just boils down to this, either you believe they are rigged or not. It's certainly possible. All things are possible. So I do. But I don't think they are going to pick who the winner is. I do think
