3 companies bid to run lucrative Texas Lottery
Three major gambling companies entered the competition by Tuesday to run Texas' lottery a massive operation that could pay $100 million per year to the winning bidder.
Scientific Games Corp., Intralot Inc. and GTECH Corp., which holds the current Texas operations contract, submitted cost proposals for the games, said Texas Lottery Commission spokesman Bobby Heith.

New N.C. Lottery ad agency picked after earlier winner withdraws
The North Carolina lottery hired a new ad agency Tuesday to promote its games now less than six weeks from the start after the agency that originally won the job refused to put up a $500,000 bond to ensure its vendors were paid.
The firm Wray Ward Laseter of Charlotte takes over a three-year contract to lead the lottery's projected $8 million a year advertising campaign. Howard Merrell Partners of Raleigh, the top bidder last week, quit a few days after winning the contract Feb. 14.

Brittany Mowell and her husband purchase Hoosier Lottery scratch-off tickets a couple of times a week in hopes they'll win big.
The Indianapolis woman said she felt cheated out of that dream once she learned the lottery was pulling certain high-dollar scratch-off games off the market before all the big-money prizes could be won and paid out.

2nd..I never said they could prepare any Legal Documents.
3rd....I never said they could put their seal to Documents that would violate their Notary Oath or it's responsibilities.

The late director of the Minnesota State Lottery helped a friend's company keep a lucrative lottery contract, the Star Tribune reported on Saturday.George Andersen was found dead of an apparent suicide on Jan. 27, a day after meeting with auditors who were probing his relationship with the company, Media Rare. Texas signs contract with Mega Millions; game to begin soon
