What if you found out that NO ILOGICAL system works
The following is an excerpt of the Koycerin wagering method. Upon the first presentation of my discovery which we will refer to as Random Number Displacement or RND, for brevity, the old belief, which is still the accepted rule of random numbers by most students, was suppose to show that regardless of what happened in the past (results), it would have no bearing on the future. In other words,, if a coin was flipped 10 times and heads came up 10 times, then the odds of heads showing on the 1

Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
an xact summation...4+4=8 Great, you paid attention in the first grade! Probability is NO DIFFERENT.. That's what I mean when I say , it WILL tell you when an event of interest's time of fruition... EXACTLY...!! Weird because I was taught Probability is a measure of the likelihood of an event to occur. Events that cannot be predicted with total certainty. We can predict only the chance of an event to occur i.e. how likely they are to happen, using probability . To keep it simple,

NC grandmother wins $350,000 in lottery's first Big Spin event
Includes video report Julia Earp of Wilmington, North Carolina, is the first player to spin the lottery's Big Spin prize wheel and win $350,000, according to the NC Education Lottery. She spun the wheel Tuesday during a live event in Raleigh. I figured no matter what I won, I'd be tickled with what I got, Earp said. I came out with more than I had when I came in, so this is amazing! The grandmother of eight said she's a big game show fan and developed a strategy of how to spin the

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
garyo1954?....let's give that almost dead, beaten horse another shot at this debate race it's in... LOL.. I love a good discussion..!! Now I'm quoting from a previous post of yours, that I'm assuming you got from the Ask Dr. Math Forum ... the probability of an event isthe number of ways that an event can occur divided by the total number of possible outcomes. Theoddsfor an event is the ratio of the number of ways the event can occurto the number ofways it does not occur. Dr Ma

Programmer Who Does It For Pick 4

I know a little about computers. I can't make software, but like you, I wish that I did. ----------- Werner Heisenberg was a German theoretical physicist was a quantim forerunner saying that an event did not exist unless witnessed when observed the event becomes changed. ----- An event did not exi

Heads or Tails
I understand the rationale of using 50/50. It is the simplistic term for saying 'it will occur, or it won't.' Those are the possibilities in a singular event. In that light, lottery drawings are not a singular event no more than three people consecutively tossing a coin. We accept it as singular for a matter of convenience. But in reality a lottery drawing it a short series of multipe events taken as a singular, the same as if you toss a coin, then I toss a coin, and a third person tosses

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL-RANDOMLOGIC, In my continuing quest to understand how to ...learn what is being said here,,, I'm forced to ask another question. Just what are your ODDS, and could you please explain how your latest response above relates to your earlier explanation of probability, which I quote here, for your convenience, RL-RANDOMLOGIC, You said, Wake UP jimmy!!!!! You are the one in the wrong. You need to ask yourself what Odds really are. 'The ratio of the probability of occurrence of an even

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL-RANDOMLOGIC, You said, Wake UP jimmy!!!!! You are the one in the wrong. You need to ask yourself what Odds really are. 'The ratio of the probability of occurrence of an event to the probability of the event not occurring.' Learn what is being said here. I'm trying, really I am. Let's see now, IF we let P represent the probability of the occurrence of an event, traditionally represented as a Real number, 0 = P = 1, THEN, the probability of an event NOT occurring would be (1 - P).

Dec./Jan. Raffle Games - All Posted
I just finished updating the Event Calendar with all the raffle games for this holiday period (Dec. 2008 - Jan. 2009). I'm surprised at the number of states that are not doing a raffle this year. Personally, I love the raffle games, so I'm happy to see that N.J. kept their raffle going this year. States with holiday raffles Here is the list of states (plus Qu bec) that I have compiled raffle information for, and which are posted on the Event Calendar. Idaho (Dec. 30) Delaware (Dec.

Odds 101
Your first two paragraphs suggest that you might be really close to getting my point, and I think you'll be there as soon as you consider that the question isn't how much can you profit, but what are the chances of winning? Here are some questions. 1. After thoroughly shuffling a standard deck of cards you draw a single card at random. Nobody placed a bet on the outcome and no money changed hands. Was it still possible to calculate the odds of drawing the ace of spades? 2. It see
