Just now reading your post, didn't have a chance to play yesterday at all!!!! I was busy gambling on the golf course and at a friends b-day party. I just know 0 would hit the middle, it has been so long. 33 or 34 draws without 0 in middle. Now watch for that pesky 7 to drop as first digit tonight!! Let;s get working.

Virtually everyone who wins a few hundred bucks or less has losses that completely offset their winnings, so reporting every win would just mean that there would be more W-2g's to look at and the deductions would be a bit bigger. The $599 limit is for a one bet wager that paid over that amount. The IRS is not interested in tracking accumulative wins because they know there are accumulative losses too. The Illinois lottery sets up a small tent at teh state fair and sells numbers games tickets and scratchers. The Ohio Lottery had a similar tent set up near the 8th hole at an LPGA golf tourney.
