Whatever Dude, you are probably one of the ones who are ALWAYS complaining about California always winning the jackpot. Now Kansas and Indiana split the jackpot with a bunch of other states getting 2nd and 3rd prize and YOU still complain. No one is forcing you to play the lottery, stop playing and quit complaining because people here do NOT want to hear it/read it. FYI, Indiana has won more Powerball jackpots than any other state, with 40 wins but NO one ever complains about that state. People

Jorli D they should make it clear that on the 9th it was only going to be for the midday. My mom is disabled so she plays her tickets for 7 days at a time and this is the first time this has happened. I normally play day by day just to cause less confusion for me. Indiana tickets will let you know where it stops, if you play for midday and/or evening with multiple days. Indiana has the most powerball winners because it's an original member of powerball since 1990. California didn't join powerball until 2013. I can't remember the last time Indiana won a powerball but a comparison for a 100M jackpot this year. Indiana sold $263,774 whereas California sold $2,200,628 in tickets. Florida sold $1,557,906 and North Dakota sold $27,106. Think of each state as a person. The person that consistently buys A LOT more tickets is going to win more often.
