I understand why winning an enormous amount of money won't stop you from abusing drugs or getting into fights because simply having money doesn't solve the underlying problems. Just somethiing to think about. If some lottery money goes towards education why when it's back to school time do schools ask for donations of school supplies? In stores that sell school supplies individual teachers even post lists of what they'd like donated.
