I remember very distinctly voting for mine (meaning my very own strategy) in answer to your posted poll question [ WHICH LOTTERY PREDICTION SYSTEM/STRATEGY IS THE BEST ] I was probably wrong in doing so because I occasionally post in the Pick 3 thread / forum whereas your methodology concentrates in the Pick 4 realm. I don't know how my Poll vote got transferred over to a 3 star vote in the rating category. And for that please accept my apology.

How does a poll indicating what percentage of various demographic groups have bought at least one lottery ticket in the past 12 months tell us anything at all about the actual number of tickets bought by any of them? Based on the information presented here the poll tells us absolutely nothing about who buys the most tickets.

My lottery has verbally told me that the answer would be NO. You must present the actual ticket and only after scanning the bar code is it deemed an authentic winning lottery ticket.
