A proof more that the Cosmic Lottery Joker does exist ,it should be now 677 or 676 the IL EVE number. Seriously there was recently more moments when it looked like the two drawing mashines(ID,IL) heve been changed by error

I think the best tip I can give you is find a number that is due. See what numbers it has paired with in the past. You probably get your pair like that then you might need to find your last digit. I think there's a perfectly logical reason that they won't let you cancel tickets: the state sells a few more tickets that way. I'd be very curious to see what happens if a store accidentally prints two tickets and those numbers are drawn. The player who asked for one ticket paid and accepted the risk in good faith, but the lottery has diluted the value of the prize by erroneously printing an extra ticket.
