With many governments softening the law enforcement on marijuana I think Bob should have donated to other more desperate causes. But maybe in Canada things are in better shape than over here so I guess its okay.

I don't think the Canadian government or the Queen (I don't know how Canada works) taxes lottery winnings. She keeps the full $40m. Anyways, good for her. That's why people play... to win.

Does anyone have records that would prove that 669 is not the longest overdue ball all states.. Well double or single not triple.. Last time it fell anywhere in the USA or Canada was Feb.08.2013...Seems like newyears..It has not shown since then? I would like to know if there was another number that performed worst.

How come, I remember watching this documentry about problem gamblers in Vegas. Some guy who owned a mattress company in Canada come to Vegas and blew like 300K. He was feeding the slot machine and hit 5K and he said thats like 3K after tax. Are any other games tax free.

In her case she didn't win enough money to live like a Multi Millionaire, Thank god she lives in Canada becasue they dont' tax your win. If she was in the US she would have ran out of money even faster.

I doubt if any US state and Canada have reciprocity, tho they might. I would guess they'd have to pay the state tax in the state they bought the ticket in, unless there is some reciprocity agreement in place.

are you playing mega millions?, i've never played that being from Canada. Looking back a few posts at the past years drawing, im seeing my system of playing this game would cost quite a bit more to make it exciting because of the odds being so high.
