PB over/under $200 million
With Powerball's back loaded annuity, it's very possible the next record PB jackpot might be between $365 million and $390 million, in which case there's no match 5 bonus pool but the cap still increases.

what will powerball and mega roll to?
Actually, the current PB jackpot cap is $390 million, but if the jackpot lands between $365 and $390 million and rolls it will increase by exactly $25 million, since anything over $365 million would become the new record.

Look at this craziness in NY!
Meanwhile the NY Lottery is introducing its June winner of $45m now. Probably because of the recent record low 4/6 and 5/6 prizes.

Lottery Scanner: New Technology..
When ever I've gone to Indiana to pick up PB tickets, some friends and others hear about my planned trip and ask me to pick up some QPs for them too. Since I only do this 2-3 times a year, I record the QPs and compare their winnings with my system picks, so far my system have always won more per number of tickets than those QPs. I think QPs win more generally because 80%+ of all lottery tickets are QPs according to what I've read.

Cold Numbers
That`s incredible even though the MB only gets one shot per game. I believe the record for pick5/6 games is 100 skips, #45 in the NY State 6/49 game. Not sure of the year though.

MM Question
I'm pretty sure the RNG draw the auditor did was not connected to the computers that record combinations played. RNG's are not so bad if the computers used to draw the numbers are isolated from the internet and other computers used by the lotteries, and I'm pretty sure there's a way of proving that (else the draws would be declared "unauditable" by the auditors, and they'd disclaim an opinion).

Expert Lotto
I also liked the SuperLottoPlus(6/49+1), I even matched 5of6 before it was replaced. I don't play Lot'O Play because my program only work with sixty numbers but I do record the five numbers/characters of Lot'O Play in a text file just in case I decide to revise my program to handle a hundred numbers. Good luck on your efforts to predict a million $ winner.
