Emma Lou v1.0 (Pick 4)
I'm going to release Emma Lou v1.0 now. Let you guys play around with it and see if you can come up with a method for it. Emma Lou Setup (zip file) I think you can get a straight hit with it about twice a month if you use good self control and patience and are consistant in the method you use. But if you just jump around from method to method, then I think you will give up on it before it can really prove itself to you. Good Luck!

Duke v1.0 Predictions and Method Testing
Emma Lou is a working program right now, but because Pick 4 odds are 10,000 to 1 the number of picks she generates is as many as 76, which is a lot of numbers to play for one draw. That's a lot of money to risk. A player would have to have pretty deep pockets and a lot of faith in that program to play them. So, at this point I'm just waiting for good results before I release her here. My hope is that Emma Lou will guarantee a profit margin ten fold of what Duke can do. So far, I don't

PI method
Quote: Originally posted by jordi marey on March 7, 2006 Pac so glad you are back and your pi system just may be that lottery grail we've been wating for. LOL Thanx jordi, and I'm also happy. I'm so glad you mentioned this, because I believe that this tool is my last hope in making a living off the lottery. I truly believe this Aaron guy and despite his whacky beliefs of Satan and all that, I think he has proven himself time and time again. He did it 11 times in a row in Japan, and 6 time

Remaining Anonymous for Winners?
OK, this is from the Powerball website, the FAQ's page: CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS WHEN I HIT THE JACKPOT? All but three states (DE, KS, ND) have laws that require the lottery to release the name and city of residence to anyone who asks. One state (SC) will keep your name secret if you request it, but if someone files a Freedom of Information Act request, you may have to file a plea with the judge to deny it. Photos and press conferences are always up to you. Most of the time, i

Illinois lottery winner gets 30-month prison sentence
A man who won an Illinois lottery jackpot less than a year ago was sentenced to 30 months in prison Friday on gun and drug charges, federal officials said. Eric Wagner, 33, of Freeport, pleaded guilty last year to selling a firearm to a felon in 2004 and illegally distributing marijuana in 2004 and 2005. A federal judge in Rockford also fined Wagner $35,000, the U.S. Justice Department said in a news release. Wagner and eight others purchased a winning Lotto ticket at a Freeport superma

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
In order to fully appreciate LosingJeff's story, it's important to remember that Indiana has no mandated liability limits for any of their online games. To my knowledge, every other state lottery has them.Instead, the Hoosier Lottery prefers to actively track player selections as they're being sold, so they can cut off a number any time their sales for that number approach $600.00 on any given day. This fixes the upper limit of their payouts for the Pick-3 at no more than $300k. They call this

I Ching on Mystical Lottery Predictions
Consultation on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at 7:27 AM. Present: Hexagram 51 Shock Question: Why do psychic, RV, dowsing, astrology, oracles, and other esoteric methods fail so frequently in prediction of the lottery numbers? One hears thunder unexpectedly! First comes fear, then a sharpened, clearervision. Recall a close brush with danger - a falling branch, an automobileaccident barely avoided, an escape from a potentially violent confrontation. Such incidents first arouse every nerve fiber

Free lotteries on the Internet
Came in email this morning in the Kim Komando Daily (computer) Tip Newsletter. Live links. Most of us know what to watch out for, but for those who don't consider this pretty good advice. Free lotteries on the Internet Q. How reliable are the free lottery sites on the Web? There are some I play daily. They offer fine prizes, but I have never won. There are money prizes as low as $1 on <snip> and I've never won even that. Another one, <snip>, never responds to my questions. Who moni
