Not sure if it was jj, but that's the second or third time I've seen that same statement. I agree with you - they won't publish an address or d.o.b. (although those things can easily be found out). They definitely won't publish a SS#. As to the question: No, I wouldn't. If I had children and/or was younger, maybe I would, but probably not. Wow! I didn't see that! I have the latest issue of Stat's but for whatever reason I didn't check Best Sets..... Yup, I read the article. I'm not surprised the NYL doesn't have the tapes for all of the drawings. They should have them! They probably thought nobody would ever submit a FOIL for them as far back in time as Roy did, so they threw them out. That's my guess anyway. Whew...I just skimmed the article - I do remember some state denying a claim for a less than pristine/in good condition ticket. Maybe it was evidence of eraser marks or damage but I recall a story here on LP about someone being denied their money due to ticket condition. Sad. If the numbers are there, pay the winner.
