mega millions
Does anyone know the probability of random selection of quick pick numbers making a mistake? I've got a ticket that has the same number twice, once as a megaball number. How does this affect your chances of winning?

Mega Millions Sets A New Record
It seems like Mega Millions jackpots were like $100 million all the time ever since California joined. Do you think that the lawsuit that was held against the CA state government will stop California's membership or can California still continue Mega Millions regardless of the lawsuit? But Powerball may also have huge rollovers with the new 5/55 + 1/42 matrix. Only time will tell.

Wow - wow - wow - Euro Millions $94.3 Million CASH
From what I understand, Prime Ticket Service buys their tickets in the UK, so the money does not go to France. Also, for someone who studies lottery games so closely, I'm surprised by your odds comment. Mega Millions has the worst odds of any lottery game on the planet. And for the price, the payback from Euro Millions is MUCH better. The lowest prize you can win (and there are 14 ways to win) returns almost the entire cost of the order (over $18), whereas Mega Millions doesn't come close.I thin

I went on Virginia's website and they allow you to buy tickets (only mega millions) subscriptions if you have a virgina address. I was hoping to get in the mega millions there.

This means that the lottery anticipates sales of $37.4M for this jackpot. N.C. Lottery Bill Passed by Senate
Remember that Virginia (a border state) offers Mega Millions as well. Also, hasn't Mega Millions closed the doors on new states from joining (unless California leaves)?

California & Mega Millions
Hello Just6ntlc:I remember that you've been hoped to win the lottery (CA local Lottery and Mega Millions). So why you hope the government to stop CA from playing Mega Millions ? Just ask - no offense

2nd tier prizes
California's second prize level in Mega Millions is also terrible the drawing after it is hit. For example, on August 16th, the draw after there was a California 5+0 winner, the second prize was $130,000, compared to $250,000 for all the other states. If you checked the USA Mega Drawing Information page, you'd have seen that. That's the nature of the beast, but once again you use the opportunity to bash the NY Lotto when the topic was Mega Millions, and had nothing to do with NY. And it's a compl

Why gamble at Online Lottery Sites?
Todd, which states get money from Powerball and Mega Millions bought by Prime Ticket Service? I don't think California would be included since they apparently have their own Mega Millions pool (except for the Jackpot).
