Which Lottery Winner...?
Google lottery winners one year later, there is a people magazine article.
Same on Cisneros.
Ginther is a Texas resident who has a PhD in mathematics and won million $ scatchers multiple times, a lot of interesting articles on her too that sunmarizing them would do them ( and her ) justice.

Lottery tickets could soon be delivered to your home in N.J.
Todd,
Thanks for this interesting article pertaining to NJ lottery.
Just hope the fee charged for delivery will not discourage players, if it's not reasonable.

Dozens of 'dead people' collected NJ lottery prizes last year
Good point Stack.....we do not in Texas, nor was it done in Florida when I was there. Unless you have to provide a SS card(in your respective state) with your ID to claim the $600 - $5000 range(which we do not in Texas if you produce a valid drivers license or a few other types of ID). We only have to LIST a SS# on the claim form for any prize range of $25.00 or more.....Could we have a failure to pay in this winning range ? possibly if all agencies are not linked to a common point with names and

It's time the lottery needs to stop releasing a person name and picture when a big win is won!
The entity MANAGING a trust is public information, but the identity of the individual the trust was established for is NOT. That information can usually only be obtained via court order. If the entity managing the trust leaked a client's name to an unauthorized person or source, they could be sued big time.
If you had bothered to read the Houston Chronicle article I linked to, you'd know that none of the lottery winners that had established trusts had been identified yet. I couldn't care less

You might want to read the article, which clearly says that it happens with prizes of $600 or more.
In NJ, and most other states, anything over $600 has to be claimed at a lottery office. It shouldn't be that hard for a state agency to make sure that a winner is correctly identified, in which case an incorrect social security number won't be a big problem. When they find out the withholdings were credited to the wrong person, they should know the identity of the person who gave them the wrong

Puerto Rico Conspiracy theories
Here's an LP article for those who bash so-called conspiracy-theorists , and believe that no MUSL employee would ever do anything wrong:

JUDGE: Florida sex offender allowed to spend $3M lottery winnings
The article clearly states that the suit is not about the money but rather for justice. If that is indeed their primary motivation than they should have filed suit back in the 1990's to get their so called justice.
It irritates me when a plaintiff claims a lawsuit isn't about the money when it's obviously the only motive. Justice has already been served other than frying this creep.
It is in the best interest of everybody if the predator creep stays clean which he apparently has been sinc

'Mirage' jackpots
And there's no penalty for lottery officials being wrong. For example, the widely advertised Powerball jackpot of $600 million annuity, back in 2013, turned out to less when actually won at ~$590 million annuity. Not a huge difference, relatively speaking, but a difference nevertheless. I'm surprised Powerball lottery officials didn't pay the advertised amount (would have only cost them an additional ~$6 million), since some players, and at least one mainstream news article, noticed the discrepa
