Congratulations!
WTG for all winners!
For those who were in lotterypost chat last night and played Keystone's North Carolina Power Play 22X congratulations! 225 was in the conversation. For those who missed it, one of the members said they paid 5.22 for an item at the store and I said that it sounds like it could be N.C.'s number since it contains a pair of 2's. Front pair 2's were due.

Hello Vergie,
Virginia is one of the states that pays for pairs. they pay for front pairs, back pairs, and split pair. You get those for $50 a pop but you have to select which pair you think is going to hit. Hell I would take $50! lol... I emailed NC after we got the pick 3 to ask them did they have any future plans to pay for pairs and they said nope they did not see it coming here. Kind of a bummer if you ask me, but I do play Virginia lottery often because I am closer to them than SC.

What Would You do If You Knew The Lotteries were Cheating and You Could Prove It?
They do have pick 2 it's called front pair / back pair in most states. You pick which 2 numbers you think will come out in a pick 3 drawing.
Think it's easy give it a try. Pick any state start a thread and post your selections. Remember also that the bet has a reduced payout.
Pick 2 stand alone lottery game wouldn't be worth the trouble for most states.

Add to your arsenal ! Hit straight !
I guess it depends on how you choose which three digit number to play. If you chose 231 because you believe the digit 2 will be in the first position, 3 in the second, and 1 in the third, there should be no reason to play 123. The most popular bet is probably the back-up bet where you play $1 straight and a $1 box on the same combination. A true back-up bet on a straight combination is front pair, back pair, and/or outside pair.
If you choose the 3 digits first in any order then try to place
