I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game.
