They wouldn't need to review anything after the terminals closed. All they need is the mainframe to eliminate combinations as they are bought. Then as soon as the terminals are closed they'd have a digital list of the numbers not sold. The flaw there is the time it takes to announce a winner. And the supposed argument could be made they do that to keep us in suspense, but it lacks proof and motive since the winning numbers has already been announced. The outcome doesn't change
