Online casino is refusing to pay out a large win
Playcherry Ltd. is an owner of several online casinos. An online casino aimed at Norwegian gamblers (spilleautomater.com) which they own is refusing to pay out a large win to a Norwegian gambler. The casino closed her account right after her win and claim the win was an error.
Here's a Google (badly) translated article about the case: Nina Larsen Kvam could not believe their eyes when she won the giant prize at one of Spilleautomater.com their games. Shortly after closing the account and the

Kentucky Lottery keeps an eye on frequent winners
I don't know then...a direct quote from the article reads as follows:
For any prize of $601 or more, we are going to give you the tax form and we are going to
withhold taxes as well, 25 percent federal and 6 percent state is typically withheld, said Polston.
what am I missing then??

Kentucky Lottery keeps an eye on frequent winners
I located a video with Kevin's interview and he definitely plays a lot.
He plays $10 per ticket (full board) and uses the same numbers on every ticket, i.e. all 111-999 for each ticket. So like many of the predictors here on LP he uses the multiplier effect, which results in higher variance between wins but also larger prize amounts when hits do come.
The article is also ambiguous as to who stated that Kevin plays $10-$20 a day, and it turns out that Kevin is actually the one who claims th

The possibilities are endless..well said SoleWinner21.
Awhile back Todd posted a article on this German/ Dutch person who ended up getting half of a lottery jackpot despite being estranged from the other party for years who had since remarried** l think.
Perhaps this could be one of those times where the other party decided to pass on this jackpot in order to spite the other.
Like you said The possibilities........

We have 6 Internet Cafes in Ohio
Has one of the Toledo establishments paid you more than $10 in winnings?
If the Cleveland Plain Dealer article is correct and $10 is the highest legal payoff, than it is false information to say people are collecting hundreds of dollars in winnings as Marcie suggested.
I go to the Hollywood caseno
And that's why asked why people would go to a possible illegal internet cafe when there now is legal casino gambling in Ohio.

~Why People Aren't Buying Lottery Tickets ??
The link took me to a story about a decline in sales in Maryland.
I just read the TLC October meeting minutes. For fiscal year ending in August, sales in Tx were at a record again, almost 4.4 billion dollars. Draw games were down a little, scratchers were up. For the past couple years at least, scratch offs are the biggest sellers. Funny because I don't play scratchers very often, but I play all the jackpot games and Daily 4.
A side note, here in Tx PB sales are down, as they also mentione

$111 million EuroMillions jackpot won in Ireland
It s been their family estate for 350 years, but yesterday the Cooper family confirmed that they are selling Markree Castle, one of Co Sligo s most historic houses. The price tag is believed to be 3.1 million.
I read the above article in an Irish newspaper, if I was lucky enough to win a massive jackpot, I would buy such a castle to renovate and turn into a hotel.
