I don't believe for a minute that they pay out .95 on every $ in prizes and the money now days goes in the general fund earmarked for education (yeah right). Anyone that plays NC knows they are as crooked as the pandemic has been long. We did not have trips for a FULL YEAR! Then they started red ball last month for a second rigged (pre-recorded) drawing and dropped 3 trips in one month and we had trip 1's 3x in 3 weeks. There must be some advantage to the lottery, otherwise they wouldn't do it that way. But what the advantage is I can't really work out mathematically. Maybe having 43 second place winners in last Saturday's PB offers some insight. 25.5 million tickets were sold, so with the odds of winning the 2nd place prize at about 1 in 11.688 million 2.2 winners would have been statistically normal. I've posted countless times that I believed that was the purpose of the Lottery subsequently stamping the time on lottery tickets,.. they DIDN'T always use to do that..I have old tickets that proves that also. Their Mainframe watches..after all they have 15-45 min to rig it, AFTER cutoff..in PB cases up to over an hr. But I read somewhere that Probability can't tell you what numbers will be coming... Where did you hear that? I know, I know, you can't provide a link to where you heard that info. I for one agree that probability can be a big help in picking our numbers. It believe it helps you with your 3/6 wins just as it helps me with my 3/5 and 4/5 wins. The Naysayers know that some State Lotteries are rigged,... I just started late last year playing numbers pick 3 ny. Has it always been this bad? No triples almost ever abnormally long stretches of no series then followed by spamming series? I look at some other states and see the normal patterns and NY just flat out sux. I don't get the stat loon says triples are 1%. oh i know many on fb saying it's rigged each time this happen No 1 knows Aunt Bea. I hope she is ok, the lady look soooo shook!(meaning scared) omg. N.C.Lottery need to stop this mess, it happen prior but i never like seen it up close! Poor girl. Well, you go right ahead..!! Do you live alone?, or do you live with him?.. seems as though any posts in response to either of you , brings on the other...it certainly begs the question...
