I prefer straights in this matter. What I was looking at was taking the most recent 5 LDRs and then playing the other 5. That would get your oldest 5 sums. In most cases, that would be 5 sums missing AT LEAST 6 draws, sometimes 7 or rarely 8. Rarely will you get 5 sums that are all out 11 draws at one time.

betting sums in tx pick 3
along with proposing a new pick 4 game texas is considering adding additional bets for pairs AND sums to the pick 3 game. if you place the extra lucky sums bet you can win a secondary amount if the winning numbers are the same sum as the one you played. if other states have this feature, or even if thy don't, i'm interested to know what players think about it. thanks

I thought we were talking about standard rules.....O-E, H-L, sums, short sums, root sums, longest out digits, overdue pairs.........not the vtracs. The vtrac string is so large...hard to make a profit.
