After reading this article, I'm not taking sides. The state has an interesting position in saying that Amir would not have won with his quick pick had Tipton not forced those numbers to come up, and essentially be grateful he got what he did from Tipton's fraud.

I think all states should have to use the ball method ! And weigh them each draw and have it video at all times! The lotterys will still win most the times!
